Do you offer photoshoots on location?
Yes! Photoshoots are offered in your own home or location of your choice.
How long will a photoshoot take?
You should set aside at least 1-2 hours, sometimes a little more for small children and babies as they may need frequent breaks. Photoshoots are relaxed and enjoyable, you or your child will not be pressured to "perform" and lots of time will be given for you to be comfortable infront of the camera.
How long will it take to view my online gallery?
Photos will be available to view on your private online password protected gallery 7 days after your photoshoot. private galleries will stay online for 7 days to give you plenty of time for you to view and choose your photos.
Do you add photos on a regular basis?
Yes. We add new photos regularly. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have posted.
Do you offer refunds?
Once you have viewed your photographs and choosen them we cannot offer you a refund, (this does not affect your statutary rights). We cannot offer a refund on any downloaded photo.
If you are not satisfied with your photographs prior to purchase a full money refund is guaranteed.
Are there any restrictions on my use of the Photojos photos that I download?
Yes. While Photojos offers great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our photos, or allow the use of our photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format. Downloads are only offered on certain photographs.
